1. Proper Installation Warning

This product is NOT designed for use on the driver’s side of the vehicle, as it may interfere with the operation of the vehicle. To be clear, this product is designed for use only in vehicles where it does not interfere with the operation of the accelerator, brake, or clutch pedals. Improper installation can lead to pedal entrapment, loss of vehicle control, and serious injury or death. Again, do NOT use this product on the driver’s side of the vehicle.

2. Scent & Sensitivity

This product contains concentrated fragrance oils and synthetic/natural aromatic compounds.

• Allergic Reactions: Users with respiratory sensitivities, asthma, or fragrance allergies should use this product with caution. Discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs.

• Direct Contact: Avoid prolonged skin contact with the scented surface. Fragrance oils may cause skin irritation or damage certain plastics, leathers, and upholstery if the mat is placed on upholstery, outside of its intended footwell area.

• DO NOT EAT! Do not eat, bite, lick, or ingest this product! Doing so could cause severe injury or death. If this product is injected, contact 911 or your local poison control center, immediately.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crush LLC and Simplifyber, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use this product. This includes, but is not limited to, property damage, personal injury, or vehicular accidents arising from:

• Use of the mat on the driver’s side of the vehicle.

• Distraction caused by the product’s scent or appearance.

• Eating, biting, licking, or ingesting the mat.

4. Assumption of Risk

By installing and using this product, the user acknowledges the inherent risks associated with automotive accessories and agrees to assume all responsibility for regular safety inspections of the vehicle. Again, it is prohibited to use this product in the driver-side footwell area.
